Aldi Pop-Up Shop
Aldi wished to launch their eCommerce operation for Aldi wine in London, where there are fewer stores, which would enable these consumers to order their wine on-line.
Aldi became the official sponsor of London Wine Week (LWW) and used this title as a platform to emphasise its on-line wine offering.
i2i were briefed to create a fun and engaging event to showcase their fantastic range of wines.
We built a pop up shop in Shoreditch's BOXPARK for the duration of LWW, pre-advertised on all their social media channels, brochures and guidebooks.
The shop featured a tasting bar, sleek modern fixtures, beautiful wine displays and Ipads for consunmers to order their Aldi wine.
Passers-by could pop in and sample the range of wines and champagnes with trained sommelliers whilst daily VIP events and tastings were hosted by experts, celebrity wine writers and TV personalities.
Fabulous national coverage was gained in major daily newspapers.
